First we make sure you receive your order as fast as possible. Our turnaround time is second to none in the printing industry. Wedding invitations, stationery, anniversary products, baby products, greeting cards and special occasion invitations will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Business stationery and office products will ship in 5-7 days. Most specialty products will ship within 15 business days. Be sure to add on the appropriate shipping time based on your location and service level. (Please note that printing & shipping times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays)

Returns
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order. We will refund or reprint any order when there has been a mistake on our part, and you contact us within 15 days from the date the product was purchased. We do not proof your order - please proof your order fully. We do not refund or accept returns on personalized orders for any other reason. Returns of non-printed items will not be accepted without an authorization number from customer service. Please call us at (561) 790-7719 for an authorization number and the address to return the product to.

Order Cancellation
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once processing has begun no request for cancellation can be accepted

Catalog Requests
We do not produce mail-order catalogs.

Payment
We accept major credit cards. Your order is put into process immediately upon receipt of your order.

International Orders
We do ship orders internationally however all prices are in U.S. dollars. If you are ordering from outside the United States the monetary exchange rate may be different in your country. You will be charged the amount equal to the price in U.S. dollars. Some countries also apply a customs charge to your shipment.

Printing
Most of our personalized paper products are printed using thermography, which is a process which provides a beautiful raised lettering effect. Envelope flaps and holiday cards are flat printed. Foil stamping is an option for some holiday cards and many accessory items
